MORTIMER, Harvey Walklate (Grimwade p.602)

Postby silverly » Thu Feb 06, 2014 2:40 pm

12 April 1791 Harvey Walklate son of Harvey Walklate Mortimer of the parish of Saint Brides Fleet Street gunsmith apprenticed to his father farrier of London.

29 June 1799 Harvey Walklate Mortimer the younger of Fleet Street apprenticed to Mr Harvey Walklate Mortimer gunmaker of the same place admitted into the freedom of the City of London in the company of farriers by servitude.

I don't know which of these two Grimwade is referring to, but my guess is the younger one.
