4 January 1804 John son of Samuel Mountford late Musician of London deceased admitted to freedom of the musicians company of London on the testimony of Samuel Brough (Grimwade p.347 & 451) clockmaker of London. Although not specifically recorded on the note mentioning Samuel Brough's testimony on behalf of John Mountford, the record copy for Samuel Mountford's freedom paper was viewed and his freedom year 1752 is given on his son's freedom paper.
