Timothy Ley married Anna Petley at St James, Duke Place in 1684. Although no christening record has been found they were probably the parents of Petley Ley (Grimwade p.581-2) born around 1685.
Last mentioned by Grimwade when signing a petition in 1711 he was listed in the 1722 London Poll Book as a freeman of the Founders Company and similarly in 1727 when his address was shown as Fenchurch Street where he was assessed to Land Tax from 1712-32. A new tenant was assessed on the property in 1733.
No later information has been found for him.
