His Will was written in French. Fortunately an English translation was made. The Will was proved for probate in London in 1734. His brother Daniel was named executor and was the main beneficiary, receiving, amongst other items, specific bequests of his brother’s best and striped night gowns, two snuff boxes and a large silver buckle.
