Children of William and Susanna Fordham were christened at All Hallows, Lombard Street from 1699-1705.
Last recorded by Grimwade as entering a mark from Lombard Street at Goldsmiths’ Hall in 1707 he continued to be shown in London poll books for 1710-13 as a freeman of the Wax Chandlers Company. The 1727 book showed he continued as a freeman of the Company but now “in the country”.
He may have returned to Tharfield, Essex, his place of birth, as a 1734 poll book shows a William Fordham resident there.
