He entered a mark in 1774 at Goldsmiths’ Hall as a case maker from 45 Frith Street, St Ann’s parish, Soho.
Page 52 of Watchmakers and Clockmakers of the World lists him as a freeman of the Clockmakers Company from 1770-1805.
