His christening may be the one registered in October 1809 at St George the Martyr, Queen Square as the son of James and Elizabeth.
As the son of James Bradbrook, cheesemonger of Ship Yard, Temple Bar, he was apprenticed in 1824 to Andrew James Strachan (Grimwade p.672-3) of the Goldsmiths Company and free in 1831.
He entered a mark in 1831 at Goldsmiths’ Hall as a small worker from Serle’s Place, Carey Street.
No other information has been found for him.
