He was christened the son of Thomas and Rebecka (sic) Roe at St Bartholomew the Great in 1676.
He was assessed to Land Tax from 1708-1717 on property in St Zachary precinct, presumably in Maiden Lane, from where he had entered a mark at Goldsmiths Hall in 1709. Those from 1712 were made in the name Ebenezer Row. The assessment for 1718 was made on a new tenant.
No later information has been found for him.
