MORRISET, James (Grimwade p.600, 759)

He was christened the son of Pierre and Mary Morisett at St James, Piccadilly in 1738.
In 1778 he married the widow Jannette Tadwell of St Pancras parish at St James, Paddington.
Their six children were christened at St Giles in the Fields between 1780 and 1794.
His burial in 1815 aged 76 years, late of Brunswick Square, was recorded at St Mary, Paddington.

The Will of James Morisset, gentleman late of St Pancras, was proved for probate on 3rd February 1815. Late partners Robert and Charles Lukin were mentioned in this will. (National Archives reference PROB 11/1565/69).
