Children of Elias and Elizabeth Hosier were christened at St Bride’s, Fleet Street in 1704 and 1710.
Last mentioned by Grimwade as a Cutler at New Street in 1704 the London Poll Book for 1727 recorded him still of the Cutlers Company and at the same address.

17 March 1693 Ellis son of Ellis Hosier late of "Hooton Under Hedge in the County of Gloster" (unsure/ignorant about this place name; best guess, but Hooton definitely begins with an "H") currier deceased apprenticed to Thomas Vickeridge cutler of London.

Pure speculation, but Hinton in the Hedges , in Northamptonshire, is best reached from London by going through Gloucester.
