The Will of Benjamin Braford, Goldsmith of London, was signed in 1693 and proved in London in 1699. After some small bequests he left his residual estate to his wife Elizabeth.
There appears to have been a dispute over the Will. It is annotated to the effect that it was sent by act of Court to the Prerogative Court as late as 1712.
