He was born in 1809 and christened the son of Cornelius Bradbury and Elizabeth Holliday of St Luke parish at St Andrew, Holborn in 1811.
He married Ann Norman at Christ Church and St Leonard, Foster Lane in 1831; both were from that parish.
Christening records for eight children of Cornelius and Ann at St James, Clerkenwell from 1832-48 show their address as Queen Street and their father as a watch case maker.
He had entered maker’s marks in that capacity at Goldsmiths Hall in 1832, 1837, 1840, 1849 and 1850.
The 1851 UK Census recorded him at 7 Upper Charles Street, Goswell Road in the same trade as before.
At the same address in 1861 he is shown as a gold watch case maker employing 3 men and two boys.
He was still in the same trade but had moved to 6 Rothbury Villas, Upper Holloway by 1871.
His death was recorded in the Islington register in 1878.
His Will was proved for Probate at the Principal Registry in 1878. His last address was Rothbury Villas. The value of his estate was under £5000.
