GOULDSBROUGH, James (Grimwade p.302)

He was christened the son of James and Elizabeth Gouldsbrough at St Sepulchre, Holborn in 1756.
A document indexed in the archives to 1777 shows he applied for the Freedom of the City of London by patrimony in the Company of Weavers.
He entered a maker’s mark at Goldsmiths Hall in 1792 as a case maker from 5 Union Court, Holborn.
His burial was recorded at St Andrew, Holborn in 1795; his last address was Union Court.
