He married Ann Hayes at St Bride, Fleet Street in 1766; both were from that parish.
Duties were paid as a Citizen and Draper of London for the Apprentice Indentures of James Lewis in 1771 and of Richard Tilley in 1775.
The christening of Thomas Redrick, son of Richard and Ann was recorded at St Sepulchre, Holborn in 1776 and christenings of four more of their children were recorded at St Mary, Aldermanbury 1777-88. None contain any further detail.
Indentures were signed in 1778 by Daniel, son of Benjamin Dunnage, weaver of St Stephen parish, Coleman Street to be his apprentice; he was recorded as a watch case maker, Citizen and Draper of Aldermanbury. Similarly in 1782 Indentures were signed for his son Christopher Richard to be his apprentice.
Redemption of Land Tax records in 1798 suggest he had moved to Shelley, Essex.
