He was probably Thomas Walker Bluett who was christened the son of William and Sarah of Eyre Street at St Andrew, Holborn in 1794 and noted on the record as then 7 years old.
He married Elizabeth Read at St James, Clerkenwell in 1811; both were from that parish.
Christening records for three of their children 1820-28 at St Andrew show their father as a musical instrument maker of Dean Street, Fetter Lane.
His only mark was entered at Goldsmiths Hall in 1832 as a smallworker from 166 Fleet Street.
He died in St Thomas’ Hospital in 1834, aged forty-six years.
