Possibly died 1831.
London Deaths & Burials Index for St Anne, Soho register dated 9th October 1831 shows Charles Silk aged 70 years; last address King Street.

1825-6 Charles Silk 4 Green Street Leicester Square listed under the heading Tin Plate Worker in Piggot & Co London Directory.
