Hello
Your beaker (timbale) was made in Paris of 950 standard silver by the manufacturing silversmith, Henri Brille, working at 59 rue Fontaine-au-Roi, symbol a lyre with a star on top. Brille registered 25 June 1919. No end date is given.

See the French Ministry of Culture website for marks registered after 1875.
