Hi,
French Minerva guarantee mark.
https://www.925-1000.com/Ffrench_marks2.html
Countermark on the opposite side of the guarantee mark. These countermarks are known as "bigornes" (two-horned anvil with insects).
https://www.ascasonline.org/articoloAPRI145ING.html
Maker`s mark; only first letter is visible.
Regards

So its French from the 1700s and has a mark with only one letter of the makers mark. Is that correct? Thank you for your help. Any idea if its 925, 900 or 800 silver? It weiighs 227 grams which is heavy for such a small figurine. [------] Many thanks. This is a tough one.

No, not correct. The Minerva head mark indicates 950 standard silver made after 1838. Please read the table linked by @AG2012 for full information about the French marking system.
The maker cannot be determined with only 1 initial showing.
Regards.
