Pretty sure. There is a separate wolfs head stamp next to the makers mark. So I believe this is the Paris mark.
Still searching for the maker. Of course the mark as shown could be upside down.
I’m looking at a possible Isaac Tlllesi (JT/IT makers mark) who operated a jewellery shop in Paris up to the 1930’s. It seems he died in 1925 or 1927.
Pictogram for Isaac’s mark was a harp.
