Hi,
Fruit knife from Paris; most likely very late 19th century or a bit later, otherwise no more data.
The hollow handle is fixed to the blade (most likely) with rosin, also called colophony.
If put into hot, boiling water it will get soft, the handle can be removed and carefully repaired, i.e. straightened from inside with adequate, matching wooden stick, then the blade reinserted into the rosin (which is softened again; put the handle to stand upright in hot water and push the blade into it).
The collar of the handle is supposed to bear small marks (if it`s silver). Try to identify marks, take picture of them and that would lead to more info.
Regards
