Victor Boivin Fork and Knife Set for 12

Hi there,
I know it is probably a long shot, but looking for any help on the arms on this large extremely heavy set by Victor Boivin (1897-). 2000 grams on the set, so these are not insubstantial. The arms seem to be a marriage(?) under the coronet of a Marquis? One shield is three eagles displayed.
