Hello
Your item was made by Delabre-Desmoulins-Muneaux & Cie, spectacle makers (la lunetterie), working in Paris at 92 rue des Gravilliers. They first registered their mark on 14 January 1859, erased on 1 April 1862. Their symbol was a footed candelabra (un candélabre à pied).
Going forward, it is always courteous to show all marks so that anyone helping with your research knows where to begin: Paris or provinces.
See Arminjon, v. II, no. 01155, p. 122.
Regards
