Hello. Please help identifying the silvermaker and any other info you might have about this fork.

Hi,
The fork was made by Henri Soufflot.His marks was a rising sun(un soleil levant),active 1884/1910.

In addition to AG2012’s information, Soufflot worked in Paris at 89, rue Turbigo.

He was the successor of Henri Chenailler and was succeeded by Olier & Caron.

All of the above information and more can be found by doing a search of the 925-1000 database.

The relatively wide spatula is characteristic of Soufflot’s patterns.

There is a personalization of an applied marriage crest under the coronet of a marquis.

Born: 15 June 1858, Mongeron, Seine-et-Oise, son of Francois Soufflot & Alexandrine Henriette Dumais
Married: 13 Aug 1899, Paris, to Josephine Louise Olier (1856-1925)
Died: 19 Jul 1910, la Varenne-St. Hilaire, Val-de-Marne

The Olier of his successors Olier & Caron was his wife's nephew, George Olier (1884-1936)
