Sauciere, unknown mark ?

I found this old sauciere and don't know either the origin or the productions year.
My guess is France, Paris 1730-1750. But it is just a guess and no proof.
Does anyone know this mark?

Most likely pseudo marks (e.g.Hanau).Millesimal fineness (830) indicates production in late 19th or early 20th century, and of course, eliminates 18th century.
