That looks like the mark of Olier & Caron of Paris. Can't help you with a date. I'm sure someone with more knowledge of French silver will come along and help you.

im presuming it's art deco, circa 1930's,purely due to the styling,but maybe someone knows for sure.

Art Deco, circa 1925. Olier & Caron used this mark 1910-1936. Spectacular!
