French maker mark SH?

Hello. Who could this be? SH with rising sun and a star.

Correct, Henri Soufflot, working in Paris at 89 rue Turbigo. Registered 12 April 1884, erased 9 November 1910. Successor of Henri Chenailler and succeeded by Olier & Caron.
These are oyster forks.

P.S. David Allan illustrates two serving pieces in this rococo pattern: a master butter knife and an asparagus server.
