Hi,

I am looking for the silversmith name on this silver salt spoon, dated 1809-19 and made in "Province" (outside of Paris area).


The marks :
a cock looking to the right with 1 above, in an oval : 950/1000 for "province", 1809-19
head of a soldier in a circle, with unreadable figures (erased...) looking to the right : medium garantee for "province", 1809-19
A with a small line and an "X" ? in a lozenge : unidentified silversmith

The only thing I know is that the silversmith was active in Toulouse (29).
Maybe that this hint will help other members to identify the silversmith.

Quite some time ago, I found the same mark and the mark of the old man with the figure 29 on a silver object.
