This appears to be the mark of Pierre Bezou, manufacturer of silver and silver gilt, working in Paris at 13 rue Portefoin. This mark was registered on 10 November 1921. No end date is given. Symbol is a cog wheel une roue dentée
Source: French Ministry of Culture website for makers registered after 1878.
