Frnch dish 1809-1819

Today I found a French dish (ca. 23cm, 357g) with 4 marks: deuxième coq Paris 1809-19, moyenne garantie Paris, maker's mark IJM, woman's face with no. 2 (1793?) Who is the maker and what means the woman's face?

The mark LJMB is the mark of Louis Joseph Millerand-Bouty (père)(father) also named Louis Joseph Bouty dit Millerand-Bouty, père (father)
Mark entered 1779.
The woman's mark with the letter P at left is a no value as guarantee mark of the Association of Gold & Silversmiths (see preceding comments on this site).

thank you for your answer. I did further research and found another writing for Millerand: Milleraud. What is right? The sign in the middle of the mark does not look like a star. What is it? What is the date of his death?

I am interested in the mark in the middle as well ::: Could you provide an extreme close-up of it? ::: It looks like a flower, perhaps a lily or a poppy or a tulip, with an insect visiting the flower, perhaps a butterfly? :::

I do love finding these French hallmarks from 1798-1809 and 1809-1819, in all my years I have probably found 1000 English pieces from this time period for every 4 French pieces from this time period.... I have found three spoons and one sugar tong from this period, really it seems to be quite difficult to find, perhaps not so much in France and surrounding countries which would make sense....

I can give no better photo. The diamond with the letters JJMB with a lilly of the valley in the middle is the mark of Jean Joseph Milleran(u)d-Bouty. Marks of the first cock 1797/98-1809 and the second cock 1809-1819 are not so rare, you will find them rather often on flatware.

The spelling is given as Milleraud-Bouty in Arminjon, v. 1, no. 02405, p.246. I don't know when he died, and yes, the symbol is the flower of a lily-of-the-valley - une fleur de muguet.
