Hard to read mark on French bowl

I assume this is a French piece (Minerva mark?) Any way to know the age? Does anyone recognize the partial maker's mark? Thanks!

I think you got it. Thanks so much! I see the dates are 1832-40. Can that be correct?

I suspect those dates refer to Jean François Veyrat only, but the firm continued, see:
