need help with date and mark

Hi I believe this strainer is french but could anyone help with this other mark or date,

Are the second and fourth marks directly opposite the first and third marks?

Hi Trev,
The mark with the head is on the outside just below the rim on the body of the strainer and the other mark is in exactly the same place but on the inside of the strainer
