Identify goldsmith PB VD

Please identify the French goldsmith ,one cup is marked PB another VD. Click the the photo for better resolution.
PB is Pierre Bezon, manufacturing silversmith in Paris at 13 rue Portefoin and 72 rue des Archives. Symbol a cogwheel (une roue d'engrenage). Registered mark on 25 April 1913; no date given for cessation of activity.
VD is Vaneste & Delettrez, manufacturing jewelers in Paris at 27 rue du Vert-Bois. Symbol a winnow (un van). Dates are 12 May 1883 until 18 January 1888.
