Marks on "French" strainer

Post by AGHEAD »

I know the pictures are poor but the marks are microscopic and worn. The first picture appears to be the makers mark star N.V. star. The next mark is what appears to be a Minerva (800 grade). It is hard to tell for sure bought it has a counter strike (picture 3). Interested if anyone might know the maker.
