AT Mark Identification Request

This spoon is about 11.5 cm long. The quality is .950, and the mark is AT with what looks like a circle with three stars in it separating the two letters. I apologize for the blurriness of the of the mark. Because the mark is so small, it is the best I could do after several attempts. If necessary, I will attempt to do better. Any help with identification will be very much appreciated.

Hi Pat,

That is the mark of Achilles Théberge, Rue Réaumur 29, Paris. The mark was in use from 1882 until 1889.
