Need help to id matchbox vesta

HELLO ALL

When & where was this match holder vesta & wick made? The hallmarks are difficult to capture as the 2 marks on the left are so tiny but they seem to be a double strike of the same mark?

Perhaps someone will recognize the makers mark on the right. Is it Austrian? French?

Yes, French. You show the maker's mark in a lozenge-shaped reserve upside down. First letter appears to be A? If you could show a sharper picture it would help identify the maker.
