Pair of French serving spoons

can anybody help me identifying this pair of French serving spoons, please?

Charge mark A = period 1783-1789
Discharge mark animal head = period 1783-1789
Jurande or date mark = period ?

Your photos are not good enough to be sure of the maker, or date. The Crowned P mark, I think is 1786. You should be able to find a very small 86 above the P and just below the crown.
The maker's mark I think is legible enough to find if you send a better picture. The only letter I can make out is an F. The mark should be composed of Crown a fleur de lys beneath and a pellet on each side. These are all visible. But then there should be a letter to the left, some kind of symbol then the F, which is visible, and finally there may be a letter at the base. If you cannot take a better photo, get a could loupe and describe what you see.

The images are not really getting better, even with a microscope. The marks are not that clear....

I think the problem is with your lighting or focus, in any case you are right, they are no better.
I can maybe compare them to the right mark, but at the very least I need to know the first letter on the left, and preferably the letter on the bottom. Otherwise I would have to go through thousands of marks, looking for one with an F on the right.
The P is very probably 1786, but it is hard to be 100% certain I would say 95%. Yes they are from Paris. But I should say, I doubt they were originally gilded. As for the coat of arms, I would post it on the Heraldik site, if you know some German.
Give them the date, and just a picture of the "wappen". If they can't identify it, let me know and I will try, but it is not my area of expertise.
