Fork with OC Sunrise & Star Mark

I'm looking for help with identifying the maker, pattern and use of the fork in the image below, many thanks in advance:Image (about 15 centimeters long)

Olier & Caron used this mark 1910-1936.

This is a Louis XV style pattern. Most French makers had such a pattern in their product line from the mid-19th to early 20th C, and named it simply Louis XV. Based on the length and shape of the fork I think it is a serving fork from either an hors d'oeuvre or bonbon set.

JayT, that's great; thank you! For what it's worth I have a teaspoon that has the same monogram, pattern and patina as the fork, but it is marked differently. It does not have the usual French markings. Instead, it is has an incised stamp of the letters VK and a worn incuse stamp of the numbers 900. Both marks are on the side of the handle. If it is desirable, I can post an image of these marks.
