Asparagustongs

Can anyone help with the identification of this silversmith.
It is certainly French with the Minervahead and the makers hallmark in a losange.

I think this is the best I can do on the hallmark. I see a star on top
P.D.R.
and an unclear figure underneath

Your asparagus tongs were made by Pierre-Désiré Raynaud, who first registered his mark on 13 June 1864. His business was located in Paris at 31, rue Michel-le-Comte. He worked until 1887 when C.V. Gibert bought the business.
