French maker ID help

Dear members,
There is one of 12 tea spoons marked with Minerva 1 and maker mark, that I failed to identify.
Hopefully somebody mights decipher the inscription and advise something about the maker.
Sorry for poor quality of the hallmarks -they are worn and letters are far too small. On top looks for me as crown, followed by "GALLOT", then wine-glass, on bottom "BREV....(ETE or OIE)" last 4 smaller letters failed to read.

This is the mark of Parisian maker Eusèbe Callot, working 1847-1865. His symbol was a chalice surmounted by the 9-point crown of a count. Callot patented some of his designs as seen by the mention Breveté (patented). The four tiny characters are the date of the patent — 18XX. Callot was succeeded by Boyer-Callot, working 1865-ca.1900 who also patented some of their designs. A Boyer-Callot mark is shown on the cover of Arminjon’s book on Paris marks from 1838-1875.

please receive my deepest gratitude for the detailed information about master Gallot. I tried all available sources and failed to find even traces. You hardly can imagine how happy am I to complete the knowledge about such a beautiful set of spoons. Great gift for Easter eve!
