Unidentified French Hallmark on Salt Cellar

Can anyone identify this French hallmark? I have a pair of salt cellars marked with the Minerva for .950 silver and bearing this hallmark. I have see two other examples in this pattern identified as Pierre Bezon and Obrille, but my marks look different.
