Help with maker's mark and/or age, style of item

This item has the swan mark in an oval on both the cover and the bowl. It tests for at least .800 silver. The maker's mark (AN or AH) is also in an oval, does it mean it's not French? Would also appreciate comments on style of item and possible age as I am not too hopeful re ID of maker. Thank you - this will be my last post for quite a while. Your help has been very much appreciated.
