dutch hallmark on silver buckle

this buckle has only one hallmark, can anyone identify it? It looks like a little shell...

Hi Joop,
Not sure if it is an exact match, but Tardy shows a scallop shell mark that was used on imported good in Lyon 1768-1775. The dates seem to work with the time period of this shoe buckle.
