Thank you. This is new information from what I've been able to find.
"William de Hart was a graduate of universities of New Mexico and Iowa. He studied jewelry in the Crafts Student League at New York.
He was noted as a member of the New York Society of Craftsmen in 1942 and 1948. His jewelry was exhibited at the annual report of that society at the Barbizon-Plaza in March 1942. His work was displayed alongside that of Walter Rhodes, Adda Husted-Andersen, Lilan Bangert, Rupert Carr, and Walter Salmon."
