How might this relate (or not) to John Lawrence (Guardian 1824-) and Thomas (reg.-late John Lawrence)?

Note that a Thomas Lawrence is only mentioned as one of the four surviving sons in the will, but he is not in the list of children which includes another son who reportedly died at fourteen years. So where does this Thomas enter the family tree?
