Does an internation hallmark exist to indicate "handmade"

I was just wondering is there an international symbol/hallmark that indicates that the silver jewelry has been handmade?

I know there exists the "HANDMADE" stamp in capitols, but is there an actual symbol/logo that is in existance?

Perhaps an international one?
