Help with drafts

I am brand new to this forum and a bit of a ditz when it comes to computers. I typed out a post, and saved it to draft. I am now ready to post it and found the draft thru the User Control Panel, but can't figure out how to post it from the draft. Also, am totally lost on how to include pictures in my post. I clicked on the link about how to put images in the post, but it didn't make sense to me. Could one of you old hands at this please help? I'd sure appreciate it.

Welcome to the Forum.
This could be useful. Draft finished & ready to sent; go to Save button, Preview and read before using the Submit button.

Posting Requirements

Please check quality of image by using preview button before submit.
Embedded images are getting a far better response
