Anyone heard of this man?

Just a simple question. Has anyone any references to a silversmith called Edward Noddale or something similar. Working sometime before 1700, he made church plate amongst other things.

An Edward Noddale, the son of Robert was christened at Kirkby Longsdale, Westmoreland, in 1635.
Otherwise a trawl of the genealogy sites has not been helpful.
