international silver company

I have a bowl by international silver company, however i am having trouble with identificantion. it has the i & s icons then internation silver co. then 05110 and the number 62 in a box. so how do i know if it's sterling silver or silverplate. i'm wondering if the 05110 is the pattern and 62 is the silver content?

any help would be great!
