Need help to "ID" etching number "R90843" on bottom of vase

I have a 11" tall silver vase that has the following "R-90843" etched on the bottom of the vase. Does anyone might know what this might represent? I also need help to "ID" the maker of this vase, but I am having a hard time trying to add pictures to my posting. Any help would be appreciated.
