s.mordan sterling silver mechanical pencil pen

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me age this item.
It is a dual mechanical pencil and dip pen with slideing opperation for each function.
It is marked S.Mordan & Co Sterling Silver
I have googled the maker and know they manufactured from early 1800 - 1941 when the factory was bombed in WWII

Hi and thanks for the lead that was most informative although as he was manufacturing for a long period and even after his death.
I am still at a loss or how to date my pencil.
Do you have any more ideas ?
